1. About Timestamply

Timestamply generates YouTube chapters for individual creators. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact: timestamply@gmail.com.

2. Your videos and chapters

Use videos you own or are authorised to process. You authorise us and our providers to retrieve, store, and process transcripts to deliver the service. You keep your existing rights; we claim no ownership of your content or chapters. You may use chapters on monetised channels, subject to others' rights.

Check AI-generated chapters before publishing. Transcripts may be unavailable, and YouTube may not display the chapters. Follow YouTube's rules; Timestamply is independent of YouTube.

3. Accounts and access

Keep your account secure. Do not bypass limits, disrupt the service, or misuse content. We may suspend access for material breaches, fraud, unlawful activity, or security threats, explaining why and allowing a response where practicable. Email us to challenge suspension or close your account.

4. Subscriptions

Plan limits, prices, taxes, and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled. Upgrade charges require confirmation. Renewal price increases require advance notice and any legally required agreement.

5. Your rights

We must provide the service as described and with legally required care. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. If we end a paid service, we will arrange to stop renewals and provide any legally required refunds with Paddle.

6. Changes and privacy

We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes, with advance notice of material changes and agreement where required. Existing cancellation and refund rights remain.
